Matt Cladd Industries has a programmable CNC forming brake, offering precision bending for a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, and copper. Our CNC machine ensures accurate and consistent bends, reducing errors and material waste while improving efficiency.
Matt Cladd has a manual finger brake for forming and duplicating boxes, pans, angles, channels, flanges. By removing or adding in the adjustable fingers we can bend metal in sections without interfering with previously bent sides—something a standard brake can't do easily.

Our Pittsburgh Lockformer takes flat sheet metal and roll-forms it into a specific profile (the Pittsburgh seam), which includes a flange and a pocket. This is essential for speeding up assembly, improving seam quality, and reducing the need for manual bending or welding.
